Nommy, I've got news for you. The drive-in lives. There is one a few blocks from our house. No Jason though, thank goodness.
Absom, they still have drive-ins in your neighborhood? Haven't seen one in at least 5 years around here.
I can honestly remember 4 local drive-ins. They are all gone now. One is now a park, another a business park, another a HomeDepot, and the other still ahs the screens up, but is a big parkinglot for the Logan Express and a PutPut Golf course. LOL
The local drive-in becomes a flea market on weekend afternoons. Movies at night. I think I read that it's practically the only one left in South Florida.
